Refund policy

At Soleia Beachwear & Swimwear, every piece is handcrafted to embody timeless elegance and artisanal excellence. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals fully intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear where protective seals have been removed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is approved and received, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, valid for future purchases. Store credit is processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
